Preparing for Postpartum
The more we work with families, the more we learn how important it is dedicate time with them to plan for postpartum. The fourth trimester preparation is often brushed, and some families are left to figure it out in the midst of juggling the care of a newborn and recovery of the birther.

Our postpartum preparation services are for all pregnant folks who are interested in learning more about cultivating an easeful postpartum rest, and establishing resources to help them on their parenting journey. Our vision stems from a foundation in Ayurveda, and we weave in anatomical discussions through pregnancy, birth and postpartum. We offer 1-on-1 support and group sessions. We look forward to sharing this sacred passage with you.
In-Person Series

Join holistic postpartum care specialist, Christine Anderson, for an in-person series to help you prepare for your postpartum rest. This workshop is open to all birthing folks who are currently pregnant or preparing for pregnancy.

During this series, we will explore rhythms and rituals, connect with community, navigate boundaries for you and your family, and learn aspects of postpartum nourishment through an Ayurvedic lens. We'll dive into physical transitions throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum, and simple, restorative practices to support you through each transition
